Very hard
to find English import from GDI RECORDS of the digitally restored
and remastered music from the original soundtrack recordings for
the classic English SCI-FI films "The Quatermass Xperiment"
(1955) and "Quatermass 2" (1957) starring Brian Donlevy
(Curse of the Fly) and scored by HAMMER FILMS Veteran Horror Composer
James Bernard (Taste The Blood of Dracula) and the music from
the 1967 film
"Quatermass and The Pit" AKA "Five Million Years
to Earth" starring Andrew Keir (Dracula: Prince of Darkness
)and scored by Tristian Cary.
The Disc
features 39 tracks totaling over an hour's worth of music from
the original soundtrack recordings .
This releases features a 16 page
color booklet with
extensive notes on all three films and their composers.
